Summary: "checkFractals:" will always be looking at the same 5 Bars UNTIL a new Bar is formed. Reasoning: Fractals made of Bars[1..5] while Bar[0] is building via each new 'Data Tick'. Bar[1] with Time[1] of X, is the right most [possible] fractal Bar and it remains this while Time[1] equals X. When Bar[0] is built (when period unit (n Minutes) has been reached and a new Time[0] is received with latest incoming Data Tick), Time[1] becomes <> X. Therefore, only at this time will a new right most [possible] fractal Bar become available for consideration. Question:
Why check for new fractals each Data Tick ?

Therefore, only at this time will a new right most [possible] fractal Bar become available for consideration.
