Technical Analysis & Trade Setup on Usdjpy
There are potentially very profitable trade opportunities setting up on the usdjpy currency pair. It is currently trading at a critical level above the weekly trendline, drawn in on a daily chart below. It found support here after the huge bearish run that took place over the past two weeks. While the pair continues to be supported on the daily timeframe, I will be on the lookout for buying opportunities. The Eurusd currency pair seems to be setting up an inverted head and shoulders reversal pattern that might offer a great trading opportunity. This is taking place on the daily timeframe. The red horizontal line on the chart below indicates the area where I will be looking to take long positions after a bounce at the inner side of the trendline at the 1.2110 level.
